Barkerville - With the ranch car we go for one day to Barkerville.
Barkerville is a historical western town. The activities, the people as
well as the buildings are still in the old style. You will feel, like
transferred into another time. Already the way to Barkerville shows us
an almost unaffected landscape with lakes, forests and with some luck we
may also see Mr. Baer and Mrs. Moose.
Rodeo - At the end of June in Williams Lake and at the end of July
in Quesnel. It’s a unique experience to watch the Cowboys at work. All of
this is framed with a huge show, rodeo, barn-dance as well as country-music
concerts and a lot more. Let’s have fun!
Boat routes - in the nearby lake with almost unknown beaches. The
lake also invites you for swimming!
Fishing - at various rivers and lakes with own equipment.
Biking - if someone does not feel very comfortable on the horseback,
can also explore the beautiful landscape by bike, which can be rented at
the Ranch.
Trekking - the Cariboo country invites you for a trekking tour. A
unique nature and wilderness can be observed.
Provincial park - Pinnacle Provincial park will be reached after a
short walk. You will see a unique view on volcanic rocks. How did they get
there?
Shopping - we gladly accompany you to Quesnel or Williams Lake and
show you well-known and typical shops.
